I’m sharing this summary to help others using the same oven. 1. 기본 베이킹 : 전원 켜면 자동으로 상/하단 180도, 30분 설정. 예열 후 자동 시작. Basic Baking : Turns on with 180°C (top/bottom) for 30 minutes. Preheating is automatic, then cooking starts. 2. 발효 기능 : 기능 다이얼을 한 칸 돌려 발효 선택 → 온도와 시간 설정 후 시작. Fermentation Mode : Turn the dial once to select the fermentation icon → set temperature → adjust time by turning the Start/Pause dial (1-minute increments) → press Start. 3. 컨벡션 (열풍) 기능 : 다이얼 두 칸 돌리면 열풍 모드 → 겉바속촉 요리에 적합.
